Replacement Owner’s Manuals are available to purchase from the Parts Department at your local BMW Approved Centre.  However, on later models it is likely that the Owner’s Manual will be viewable in your car, within the iDrive menu.

Please contact our BMW plants directly via the contact details on their respective homepages. Due to high demand for these tours, we recommend that you register well in advance.

All information relating to current models is communicated both on our website www.bmw.co.uk and within our BMW Approved Centres. Should any new models be planned for release at a later date, these will be communicated in the usual manner to our BMW Approved Centres and full details will be published on our website.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise you a long term test drive. Should you have any enquiries regarding the availability of a test drive, please contact a BMW Approved Centre. You can then discuss whether it will be possible to provide you with a BMW model for a certain period of time and what conditions will be applicable.

Our network of BMW Centres have internal Managers who are responsible for resolving matters of this nature.  However, if required, please contact our Customer Service Support Team on 0370 5050 160 who will be happy to liaise with the BMW Centre on your behalf.

BMW Financial Services have a dedicated Customer Service Team who will be happy to answer any queries that you may have regarding your agreement.  They can be reached on 0370 5050 150.  Please note, you may need details of your agreement or be required to answer a number of security questions for Data Protection purposes.

If you have a query or concern by the roadside or at your home, please contact our Emergency Service division on 0800 777 111 (calls are free of charge plus your phone company's access charge).  They have a dedicated team who are able to answer general enquiries regarding the varying policies that are available or an existing policy that you hold.  Please note, you may need details of your policy number or be required to answer a number of security questions for Data Protection purposes.
