THE NEW BMW M3 CS.

The epitome of a sporting icon.

The new BMW M3 CS is the most powerful standard production vehicle ever in the M3 model series. Continuing the tradition of high-performance cars that began with the BMW M3 Evolution, it achieves a best time of just 7:38 minutes on the legendary Nordschleife of the Nürburgring. Alongside its sporting capabilities, the limited production run vehicle is just as impressive for its practicality as a four-door sports saloon.

BMW M3 CS Front

Athletic front.

The double kidney grille with Black slats and Adaptive LED double headlights lend the front of the BMW M3 CS an authoritative presence, while the three-part front apron with large air inlets ensures efficient cooling of the 6-cylinder high-performance engine.

BMW M3 CS Rear

Impressive rear.

One of the rear features of the BMW M3 CS is the Gurney flap made of clear-coated carbon fibre, which reduces the lift on the rear axles, thus ensuring optimised driving characteristics. In addition, the M diffuser – made entirely of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) – and darkened tail lights create a striking finish to the rear.

BMW M3 CS Steering Wheel and Gear Stick

Superior performance.

M Servotronic, M Drive and an M double-clutch transmission ensure outstanding performance in the BMW M3 CS – on the road and the track. The damper control can be adjusted via the specially tuned Adaptive M suspension for maximum agility and steering precision.

BMW Wheels

Lightweight wheels.

The weight-optimised light alloy wheels in Orbit Grey allude to the ten-spoke design of the BMW M4 DTM race touring car. They are equipped as standard with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 wheels in size 265/35 R 19 at the front and 285/30 R 20 at the rear. Michelin sport tyres with a stronger tread pattern are optionally available.

Efficient Lightweight construction.

The BMW M3 CS uses a CFRP bonnet, which is 25% lighter than the already weight-optimised aluminium bonnet in the BMW M3 Saloon. The slightly recessed roof in the middle section also consists of CFRP – saving a further 6kg compared with a metal roof – while also lowering the centre of gravity for even more agility.

The lightweight concept continues inside with ergonomic lightweight-construction M Sport seats and a centre console weighing 30% less than in its standard production counterpart.

460hp.

Beneath the bonnet of the BMW M3 CS is a M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder petrol engine. Using its 460hp and 600Nm torque, the high-performance power unit accelerates the M3 CS from 0 to 62mph in 3.9* seconds.

Interior sporting flair.

The interior of the BMW M3 CS exudes exclusivity thanks to its M-specific details. Lightweight-construction M Sport seats, familiar from the Competition package, are covered with exclusive BMW Individual full leather in Bicolour Silverstone/Black and offer perfect side support and comfort.

The fine, Alcantara interior trim is also adorned with an eye-catching and exclusive CS designation throughout.

The ergonomically shaped M leather steering wheel provides an unobstructed view of the round instruments in typical M styling. Optionally available is the M Alcantara steering wheel with Blue and Red M decorative stitching and a 12 o'clock marking to permit maximum control in all driving situations.

Equipped with the Harman Kardon surround-sound system as standard, the BMW M3 CS also delivers a premium 360° music experience.
