The installation of a BMW i Wallbox Plus follows a comprehensive consultation from our approved BMW i installation partner. This allows you to receive the complete service from one source. In addition, you can also use a sustainable energy provider to allow your BMW i3 to be charged with ecologically generated electricity.

The AC Rapid Charge Cable helps to make recharging at public charging stations up to three times faster – depending on the local electricity infrastructure – and, thanks to its self coiling properties, is especially easy to handle.

BMW i Service Inclusive extends BMW i Assistance Services to include a comprehensive maintenance and repair package. A one-off payment ensures numerous BMW i Services including Original BMW i Parts – at all participating BMW i agents worldwide. This provides complete cost transparency and safeguards against price increases. Each BMW i Service Inclusive package is valid from the day of the initial vehicle registration and ends when your agreement has expired or the agreed mileage has been reached.

It goes almost without saying that an upgrade of the mileage, duration and content of your preferred product portfolio is possible at any time. And if you sell your vehicle, your BMW i Service Inclusive package is transferred to the new owner. Your BMW i agent is happy to provide you with more information about the scope of services provided.
 

BMW i Service Inclusive covers all fundamental service and maintenance work, including a vehicle check as per service record and the replacement of the micro filter and brake fluids. If your BMW i3 is fitted with a Range Extender, the package also covers engine oil service and top-ups – the first step towards unlimited driving pleasure.

BMW i ASSISTANCE SERVICES.
 

BMW i Assistance Services provide a wide range of services that have been specifically developed for all-electric vehicles and allow you to enjoy each journey even before you get into the BMW i3. And should you ever need help along the way, the mobile services can even provide you with a mobile charging service in the event of a flat high-voltage battery.

BMW Teleservices are a comprehensive package of customer services with which the BMW i3 is able to communicate with the driver or the BMW i Partner directly in order to inform about pending maintenance or necessary services and transfer the relevant data directly. The driver is automatically notified when a service appointment is necessary and is able to contact the BMW i Partner at any time and manually transfer the vehicle data. This allows any possibly occurring problems to either be quickly solved directly via a phone call or at the BMW i Partner.

Stay mobile in every situation with BMW i. Even in the event of service or repair, replacement mobility is provided, e.g. tickets for public transport, taxi coupons, shuttle service or courtesy vehicles. With the pick-up & delivery service, being far from your nearest i agent isn’t an issue.

As an i3 owner you’ve automatically got access to the BMW i Mobile Care package. This ensures that competent help is available via telephone for any unforeseen events that could affect the vehicle or charging infrastructure and provides quick help at your location, if needed.

In the event of an emergency, the vehicle is charged again directly at the location and transported to the next charging station or, if necessary or desired, directly to the BMW i agent. Thanks to a comprehensive replacement mobility offer, you'll also stay mobile without restrictions in such an event.
